AS FOR ME & MY HOUSE WERE GOING TO SERVE THE LORD & IN ORDER TO SERVE THE LORD THEN I'M GOING TO HAVE TO LOOK UNTO JESUS

ALL THE TIME WHEN PREACHING I SAY TRUST IN THE LORD THE BIBLES SAYS TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART & CAN I TELL YOU THAT IF WERE GOING TO LOOK UNTO JESUS THEN WE NEED TO LOOK UNTO HIM
WITH OUR TRUST HE IS OUR LORD

Ps 18:2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

Ps 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.

THE BIBLE TELLS US IN ORDER TO BE SAVED
THEN WE MUST BELIEVE IN JESUS

SO IF WE BELIEVE IN JESUS TO SAVE US
THEN WHY IS IT THAT SO MANY PPL WHO QUIT LOOKING UNTO JESUS AFTER THEY GET SAVED

WE STILL NEED JESUS IN FACT IF THERE'S ANYONE THING THAT'S SERIOUSLY MISSING IN THE LIVES OF THE BODY OF CHRIST I BELIEVE THAT IT'S THIS

WE NEED MORE JESUS
MORE TIME WITH JESUS
MORE LOVE FOR JESUS
MORE TRUSTING IN JESUS

HE IS THE AUTHOR OF OUR LIFE
HE IS WRITING LIFE'S STORY
HE IS ---- IF WE WILL LET HIM BE

LOOKING UNTO JESUS ARE WE ?

ON OUR MONEY THERE'S AN INSCRIPTION THAT SAYS
IN GOD WE TRUST I'M ASKING IS THAT TRUE ?

DO WE LIVE EACH & EVERYDAY AS IF WERE TRUSTING IN THE LORD IN ALL OUR WAYS

Heb 12:1-3 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

SO HE SAYS WE NEED TO LOOK AROUND & SEE IF THERE'S ANY SINS OR WEIGHTS THAT'S HOLDING US BACK KEEPING US FROM RUNNING THE RACE OR LIVING OUR LIVES

IF THERE ARE THESE WEIGHTS OR THESE SINS NO MATTER HOW BIG OR HOW LITTLE THEY MIGHT BE NO THIS
THERE KEEPING US FROM GETTING WHERE WERE GOING

SO THEN PAUL SAYS LAY ASIDE OR GET RID OF ALL THESE THINGS & LOOK UNTO JESUS

WHY DO WE NEED TO LOOK UNTO JESUS
& THE ANSWER IS THIS

HEAR ME WE CAN'T DO THIS BY OUR SELVES
THESE SINS THESE WEIGHTS THEY HAVE ATTACHED THEMSELVES TO US

THERE HANGING ON TO US TO STOP US FROM REACHING THE PRIZE OF GOD THAT IS SET BEFORE US

OH COME ON CHURCH KNOW THIS GOD LOVES YOU & HE HAS BLESSINGS FOR YOU GREAT & MIGHTY BLESSINGS JUST FOR YOU BUT IT'S THESE LITTLE WEIGHTS & THESE LITTLE SINS THAT ARE KEEPING US FROM RECIEVING THESE BLESSINGS

SO WE NEED TO LEARN TO LOOK UNTO JESUS

SO WHY DO WE WORRY SO MUCH

WE BEGIN TO LOOK FOR A WAY TO FIX WHATEVER IT IS THAT WERE WORRIED ABOUT RIGHT

SO THE WORD SAYS LOOK UNTO JESUS

BUT BOY WERE LOOKING OVER HERE & OVER THERE & ALL OVER THE PLACE & THEN WE GET UPSET & SAY I GUESS GOD HAS FORGOTTEN ME

BUT CHURCH GOD HASN'T FORGOTTEN US
WE HAVE SIMPLY QUIT LOOKING UNTO HIM FOR HIS HELP

LOOK UNTO JESUS
BECAUSE WHEN OUR EYES ARE UPON HIM
IT WILL HELP US LAY ASIDE ALL THESE OTHER THINGS WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH

LOOKING UNTO JESUS WILL HELP US OVERCOME
HOW MANY OF US HERE THIS EVENING NEED HELP IN OVERCOMING SOME THINGS

PROBABLE ALL OF US & GUESS WHAT GOD KNOWS THAT
THAT IS WHY HE IS TELLING US LOOK UNTO ME

FOLLOW ME

BUT IT'S HARD TO SEE THE BLESSINGS OF THE LORD UNLESS WERE LOOKING UNTO THE LORD

LOOK UNTO JESUS BECAUSE LOOKING UNTO JESUS WILL GIVE YOU PEACE

PAUL SAID I HAVE FOUGHT A GOOD FIGHT & I HAVE KEPT THE FAITH OR I HAVE KEPT MY EYES ON JESUS & BECAUSE OF THAT

LAID UP FOR ME IS A CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

THERE IS A REWARD FOR LOOKING UNTO JESUS
NOT ONLY WHEN HE COMES
BUT EVERYDAY AS HE WILL LEAD US BESIDE THE GREEN PASTURES & THE STILL WATERS

LOOKING UNTO JESUS

THAT'S WHAT WE MUST START DOING EVERYDAY
